Flow:
A more meditative practice where students will build their basic skills into flowing sequences, with a focus on combining breath with movement. Students will learn to refine postures and move beyond the limitations of the mind.

Power:
Based on Baron Baptist's series, this is a dynamic flowing sequence built around sun salutations . This empowering practice builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. Many adaptations possible to suit students of varying abilities.

Forrest Yoga: Aimed at healing the Body and Spirit through anatomically correct movement, breath, and practicing presence with what is. Brings consciousness to every cell, freeing you from whatever clouds your energy and intelligence allowing your Spirit to flow and express freely.

Feldenkrais- Beginning Sept 16
Through very gentle, non invasive exercises Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement classes challenge the brain to shift imbalanced movement patterns, creating more efficient, intelligent, ease-filled movement. Lessons are sequences of comfortable, easy movements involving thinking, sensing, moving and imagining and are for people of all ages and ability, improving your overall well being by learning to move with greater ease.
