NEW TO YOGA?
Feel great! Join this Intro to Yoga series
to learn the fundamentals and get started on the path of yoga
to enhance your health and well being. This class is for you
if you've never done yoga before or if you don't yet feel
ready to venture in to the ongoing classes. Julie
will teach you the basics of simple postures and breath in
a methodical way that safely builds your body awareness, strength,
and mindfulness. This series will prepare you to enter our
basics classes with confidence. All levels of fitness, flexibility,
and athletic ability are welcome.
Classes meet on 6 consecutive Thursdays.
Pre- registration is required, call the studio.
