YOBE FLOW

Move, breathe, and reset in this well-rounded vinyasa flow designed for all levels. Whether you’re newer to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers options to meet you where you are. With the diverse skillsets of our instructors, you may experience elements of Hatha and Ashtanga woven throughout the practice—creating a dynamic and balanced flow that builds strength, stability, and mindfulness. Each class ends with a grounding savasana to leave you feeling centered, connected, and renewed.

YOBE GENTLE

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

YOBE RESTORATIVE

Settle in, slow down, and let go. Restorative yoga uses props to fully support the body in gentle, long-held postures that encourage deep relaxation and nervous system reset. This class is ideal for anyone seeking rest, recovery, or stress relief. Expect soft lighting, soothing music, and a nurturing space to unwind and restore balance—body, mind, and spirit.

YOBE COMMUNITY: ROOT TO RISE

Root to Rise is our weekly community class designed to make yoga accessible to everyone. This sliding scale, all-levels flow invites you to ground through mindful movement and rise through breath and awareness. Each week, the sequence centers around a specific pose or theme, helping students build strength, confidence, and connection—both on and off the mat. Led by our compassionate instructors, this class embodies the heart of Yoga on Beacon: where breath meets belonging.

YOBE CHAIR FOR BALANCE & MOBILITY

Designed for anyone seeking a gentler practice, Chair Yoga for Mobility and Balance helps you move with greater ease, confidence, and stability. Using a chair for support, this class focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and balance through mindful movement and breath. It’s perfect for those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or simply wanting a grounded, accessible yoga experience. No need to get down on the floor—just bring your body, your breath, and an open mind.

YOBE SLOW FLOW

Students will learn to refine postures through slower flowing sequences with more challenging poses. This class is similar to Flow I/II but with a slower, gentler pace. Students will gain the most benefit if familiar with sun salutations.

YOBE ESSENTIALS

This well-rounded practice emphasizes the fundamentals of yoga. Students can expect to build strength, flexibility, balance, and compassion, supporting both physical and mental health through mindful, alignment-centered movement and breathwork. Most leave this class feeling more calm and centered within themselves, and more connected to their strength and resiliency. While designed for beginners, all are welcome! Please come as you are – options and modifications will be offered to suit students at all levels.  

YOBE SCULPT

Where yoga meets strength training. Sculpt 45 combines mindful movement with light weights and resistance work to tone, strengthen, and energize your entire body. Set to upbeat music, this fast-paced flow blends yoga sequencing with strength-building intervals for a full-body workout that challenges both body and mind. Expect to sweat, smile, and leave feeling powerful and grounded.

Class lengths vary between 45, 60, and 75 minutes. Please refer to the schedule for specific class times.
