Rooted in the Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Jivamukti traditions, Julia’s 45-minute Flow is an intentional, alignment-based practice that invites you to move with both precision and play. Her classes welcome all bodies and experience levels, creating space to explore how breath, mind, and movement work together to build strength, mobility, and awareness.
Expect a thoughtfully paced flow that emphasizes clear alignment cues, steady breath, and smooth transitions designed to help you feel both grounded and energized. Julia weaves in moments of breath awareness and light dharma to deepen your connection to the practice—on and off the mat.
Trained by Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman at Yoga Shanti, and influenced by teachers across New York, San Francisco, LA, and Seattle (including YoBe!), Julia brings a well-rounded, heartfelt approach to every class.
