This practice is designed to improve mobility, reduce chronic tension, increase body awareness, and support recovery from daily stress, exercise, and repetitive movement patterns. Expect a slow-paced class with opportunities to pause, breathe, and explore areas of tightness with curiosity and compassion.
Suitable for all levels, this class is an excellent complement to yoga, strength training, and everyday life. No prior experience is necessary.
