Slow down, soften, and restore with our monthly Yin Yoga + Sound Bath experience at Yoga on Beacon
Held on the second Sunday of each month, this special offering combines long-held yin postures with immersive sound healing to support deep rest for both the body and mind. Yin yoga works into the connective tissues, fascia, and joints through passive stretches held for several minutes at a time, creating space for release, stillness, and reflection.
As the body settles into each posture, soothing sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments help calm the nervous system and invite a meditative state.
This practice is designed to help you:
