New to yoga or returning to your mat? This 4-week, 8-class series is the perfect place to start. Danielle will guide you through foundational poses, breathwork, alignment, and simple mindfulness tools so you can feel confident and supported in any class.

This series is warm, welcoming, and designed for absolute beginners. Come build strength, ease, and connection—one breath at a time.
