Intro to Yoga II is an invitation to take the next step in your yoga journey—perfect for students who already have a little experience and are ready to move beyond the basics.
Tuesdays & Thursdays
February 17 – March 12
7:00–8:00 PM
In this four-week series, we’ll focus on linking breath to movement as you learn how a yoga flow is built—piece by piece. Rather than rushing through sequences, we’ll slow things down and break a flow apart so you can understand why we move the way we do and how each posture connects to the next. You’ll learn transitions, timing, and rhythm, gaining confidence as your practice becomes more fluid and intentional.
Each class will explore a specific section of a flow—warm-up, standing sequences, balance, and closing—while reinforcing foundational postures, alignment, and breath awareness. By the end of the series, you’ll be able to move through a complete flow with greater ease, clarity, and confidence, both in class and on your own.
This series is led by Danielle and is designed to be supportive, welcoming, and empowering—no pressure, no expectations, just space to grow and reconnect with your practice.
If you’ve taken Intro to Yoga, practiced before, or are returning after time away and want to feel more confident in a flow class, this series is for you. Come learn how breath and movement come together—and step into your practice with intention.
