Led by Sharon C. and Daniel D., this class begins with 60 minutes of yin yoga, inviting you to slow down, sink deeply into each posture, and gently release tension held in the body. Through long, supported holds and mindful stillness, you’ll create space for both physical and mental restoration.
The final 15 minutes transition into a soothing sound bath, where calming tones and vibrations help guide you into a meditative state of deep relaxation.
